In touching base with our customers after the holidays, we were notified of a potential disaster averted with remote boiler monitoring that we wanted to share.

‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the apartment building,
A pilot light went out, and Remforce noticed straight away…

After the maintenance supervisor received a SMS alert, a technician was sent over to investigate. The fix was simple – replace the thermocouple – but a cold Christmas and potentially a not so merry repair bill was averted!
